Surveys to Apple email addresses not working
Hi,
I'm currently working on a project to send out surveys to our customer base asking about their customer experience. All of the emails we send out are received by our customers except those who have @me and @icloud email address.
We have completed all of the certification requirements (DKIM, SPF and CNAME) and these are all showing as being accepted in the header records. The Apple emails show as sent, but they never appear in the customers inboxes or junk mail. Also, no return record is received.
Has anyone else had this problem and/or have suggestions on how to solve?
